Limited Time Picnics
Llamaste Package: Yoga, Llamas, & Picnic
Start off with a 1 hour relaxing yoga session surrounded by llamas. 30 minutes following yoga session to either interact with the llamas or start your picnic early. Followed by a 1 hour instagram worthy luxury picnic on the grounds of Carlsonās Llovable Llama Farm. (1.5 hour picnic if you opt of of interacting with llamas after the yoga session.

Bring your yoga mat, some water, and an old towel or 2 if you donāt want your mat to get dirty. The pasture can get dusty and the llamas may walk on your mat.

Llamazing Walks & Picnic
This collaboration includes a 1 hour round trip trail walk with llamas brought to you by Llama Mama MN. Take a break halfway through with a 1 hour picnic on a scenic overlook surrounded by llamas.

FAQ
How do I book a picnic?
Click any of the "Book Now' links on this site or contact us at our email - tastefultablesevents@gmail.com. You will receive a response within 48 hours with information on availability and a customized quote for your picnic.
How does Tasteful Tables Work?
Our staff will go to your picnic location prior to the event and setup all of the decorations. After your event, leave the cleanup to us. Please note, you are responsible for the rented items until one of our team members arrives.
Where can my picnic be held?
Events can be held at personal residences - backyards, patios/porches, indoors. Picnics can also be held at public parks. Note that some parks will require a permit which Tasteful Tables will obtain for your picnic. Permit costs will be added to the cost of your picnic. Cost of permits differ from city to city.
Can I picnic if I am outside of the service area?
We primarily serve a 15 mile driving distance from Excelsior, MN. However, for a small mileage fee of $3 per mile we will serve other locations within the Twin Cities, MN area.
Can we leave the picnic early?
Yes. We just ask that you give us a call or a text if you depart early. You are responsible for the rented items until one of our team members arrives.
Does the Tasteful Tables staff stay during my picnic?
No. Our staff will setup your picnic and then leave until your picnic reservation is done. At that time we will return to pickup the items.
How many guests can be accommodated?
At this time we can accommodate up to 18 people.
Does Tasteful Tables provide food?
Tasteful Tables does not provide food however, we can give recommendations for catering. You are also welcome to bring your own food.
What is the cancellation policy?
No refunds but you are able to reschedule if notice is provided at least 72 hours before the date of your event. If within 72 hours of your event, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee subject to availability.
What if I have to cancel due to weather?
We are happy to move your picnic to an indoor location or provide one complimentary reschedule subject to availability.

Tasteful Tables Luxury Picnics & Events is based out of Excelsior, MN. Tasteful Tables is owned and operated by two women (& moms) who are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. We met while working in the hospitality industry and recognized our shared passion for creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. We discovered that we work together seamlessly and complement each other's strengths. We take pride in our ability to transform any location into a magical setting, providing luxurious amenities and comfortable seating. As a women-owned business, we believe in empowering and uplifting each other, and we bring that same spirit of collaboration and support to our clients.
